Claire
Claire is the founder and director of The Flexible PA, with a wealth of experience in Business Management and executive support in both the Not-For-Profit and Private Sectors. Driven to help clients enhance their businesses, Claire delivers highly effective management and admin solutions. Efficient and organised, her high-level support, across all areas of management and administration will help you confidently move away from those time-draining tasks and focus on driving your business forward.

Outside of work Claire spends her time doing Crossfit, reading, going to the theatre, eating copious amounts of chocolate, walking her office dog Sally, and playing board games with the family...as long as she wins!
Channelle'
Channelle is your wing woman, problem solver, structure setter & creator of more hours in the day. With a proven track record of delivering consistently high-quality work to our clients and skills ranging from traditional PA work to e-commerce and social media management, Channelle is THE go-to for our clients who need help with a little bit of everything. Expect Channelle to immerse herself fully and treat your business like her own!
Aside from work you’ll find Channelle having some downtime with her 3 children, on the beach with her office dog, Max and when the kids are in bed enjoying all things food, Netflix, cheese and wine!
Alice
Alice has been a creative virtual helping hand for SMEs since 2020. She specialises in creative marketing: social media management, copywriting, and content creation. With a knack for understanding her clients’ styles and tone of voice quickly, she produces high quality work time and time again.
Away from her VA work, Alice is also a hula hoop dance instructor and model, and in her spare time she loves baking, reading, music, aerial fitness, and yoga.
